I finished the 10 day portion of Dr. Mark Hyman's 10 Day Detox Challenge last Wednesday and am now in the "transition" phase. I finished up strong, but experienced a minor setback this past weekend coming down with what I think was the flu. That was no fun, and I honestly hardly ate or drank anything so I've been a little weak recently.
