Coconut Cashew Bites

I am always looking for healthy, tasty snacks.  I am a snacker.  Aside from dinner, I have to force myself to eat regular meals throughout the day, and to limit my snacking (so basically, I eat like a toddler).  Usually (when I'm not indulging) my snacks include a handful of raw nuts or a hard boiled egg, but those can get a little old after awhile.  In an effort to spice things up, I've been experimenting with nut butters.

Losing the Baby Fat

Throughout my young life I have never worried much about my weight. However, I was never the 'skinny girl', and like most adolescent woman I was self-conscious about my body - a sad reality of our image obsessed culture. Even though I was never the skinniest, I have always been able to maintain a healthy weight without an exorbitant amount of effort. Now I am conscious of my weight, of course, but I am also focusing on being healthy and fit.
